Dr. Sebenick's fees are consistent with Washington, DC, area ranges for doctoral-level psychologists:

Free 20-minute, initial consultation by phone or office visit

Initial Evaluation
  • $150 per 60-90 minute session

Individual psychotherapy

  • $115 per 50 minute session

Group psychotherapy

  • $75 per 75 minute session

Couples consultation

  • $140 per 75 minute session
  • $115 per 50 minute session

Career counseling and job-search assistance

  • $50 per 20-30 minute session
  • $75 per 50 minute session
  • additional charges for vocational testing

Other fees may be charged (as agreed upon in advance of billing) for special services or special supplies/materials. A fee will be assessed for scheduled appointments that are missed or cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.

For Anthem-insured clients, fees are adjusted in accordance with Anthem "allowable" rates.

Dr. Sebenick is a preferred provider for Anthem BCBS and Anthem-affiliated HMO plans.
She will assist clients in filing for out-of-network benefits with other managed care plans.
Flexible billing schedules are offered.
